What Are Joined Rolls?
Joined rolls are a great option for many packing, crating and rigging companies. Depending on your team’s preference for packing, our mil spec rollstock can help your team meet deadlines on time and with less waste than traditional rolls. These rolls can be made with a variety of barrier materials including our QPD listed Mil-PRF-131k Class 1 foils and several different widths.
Joined rolls allow mil spec roll users to save time on large projects at sites or in-house because they only need to be cut down and sealed around the items. These rolls not only cut down sealing times they also cut down on wasted material. We offer multiple stock sizes of barrier material rolls, including 36”, 48”, 50” and 59” rolls.
Let’s say that you needed to cover an item that is 200”x170”x170”. If you were to get three of our 59” rolls joined, you would only produce about 55sq ft of wasted material. Using these rolls will also cut down on your seal time, allowing you to be more efficient.
Our joined rolls come in multiples of these widths. Meaning you can have a roll of high barrier foil up to 232” wide! (four times 59 minus seals). They can be 100 yds, 200 yds or a custom length.72” x 100yds and 96” x 100yd rolls are in stock and can be dispatched the same day. Other custom widths and lengths can be made with industry-leading lead times.
Our mil spec rollstock is always available and ready to be shipped to your site within 24 hours of your order, so you never have to worry about missing deadlines. Call us today to get your quote, or contact us below.
