    Automated Fabrication

    We continuously invest in new automated technology to enhance our in-house capabilities. Our most recent investment has been in the manufacture and installation of a brand new, custom automatic bag-forming machine (BFM) and the latest generation, round-bottom drum liner machines.

    • A brand new, custom automatic bag-forming machine (BFM) helping us to manufacture 3-D Liners for Gaylord Boxes/Octabins, Big Bag (F.I.B.C.) Liners, medium to large Flat Bags and Lay Flat or Gussetted Tubing.
    • The latest generation, round-bottom drum liner machine, producing five different drum diameter sizes.
    • Spouting machines for producing filling and discharging spouts on F.I.B.C. Liners and Box Liners.
    • Slitter/re-winder enabling us to cut aluminum barrier materials to your requirements for roll purchase or manufacture on the machinery.

    Hand Fabrication

    Our hand fabrication facility has no limits in terms of variety, size and number of Barrier Bags and Liners that can be manufactured.

    • QPD-listed barrier materials meeting the requirements of the Mil-PRF-131, Classes 1 & 3, Mil-PRF-81705F, Mil-PRF-22191F Performance Specifications.
    • Food Contact approved laminates to FDA standards.

    • Hot-fill up to 320°F and retortable.

    Extended Shelf Life
