55lb. Barrier Foil Sacks
55lb sacks (also known as 25kg sacks) with one-way degassing valves made from barrier foil provide you with superior protection against outside elements. Due to the aluminum (which has the lowest moisture transmission rate of any known flexible material), 55lb sacks maintain the integrity of your products during storage and transport. Featuring tear and puncture resistance due to the added layer of Polyamide, these sacks will protect your products.
Valve Sacks are the perfect packaging solution for protecting dried formulations like powders, granules and flakes. And, if your process includes pallet stacking, our sacks are adapted to have an external anti-slip layer, allowing for stability and safety. Once these bags are heat-sealed, the one-way degassing valve allows any trapped air to escape, preventing the build-up of gasses internally, and extending the shelf life of your products.
