Hand-Held Heat Sealers
Our constant heat, heavy-duty handheld heat sealers can be used to seal all formats of moisture vapor barrier foil bags. They have sealing jaws that remain at a constant temperature for the duration of their use. Therefore, they are most suited to sealing thick materials such as aluminum barrier foil laminates.
Our heat sealers are available in jaw lengths of 12″ and 19″ and offer single-person operation due to their lightweight.

How To Use A Hand-Held Heat Sealer?
Before you use your industrial heat sealer, make sure the sealing bars are clear of any debris & the temperature gauge has been adjusted to your requirements. Once the device has been plugged in, you should see a red light indicating that it is connected to a power source. Once reaching the desired temperature for the heat sealer, a green light will appear on the device.
To use the heat sealer, place the sealable material between the sealing bars and clamp them together. Wait 2-4 seconds before releasing the sealing bars and repeat the process with any other areas of the material that you wish to seal.
